ISCTSC - Structure

Structure of the ISCTSC

The ISCTSC has a Board consisting of members from around the globe.

The main functions of the ISCTSC Board are to:

select the venue for the next conference
provide support and continuity to the Local Organising Committee for each conference
organise the technical content for each conference
assist with fund-raising for each conference
facilitate the publication of conference papers
attend to sundry administrative matters.

The ISCTSC is currently Co-Chaired by Dr. Johanna Zmud and Prof. Martin Lee-Gosselin, with Dr. Chester Wilmot as Secretary/Treasurer.

Each conference has its own Local Organising Committee, which is responsible for the logistics of organising and running the conference.

The ISCTSC Board attempts to meet wherever possible in conjunction with other major conferences, especially with the Annual Meeting of the Transportation Research Board.
