Registration

Registration is now open :

ISCTSC wishes to make the conference series as internationally inclusive as possible. Participants from certain countries in which funds for participating in the Annecy conference may be very difficult to obtain may apply to the conference organisers for a reduced registration/accommodation fee. The amount of assistance available will depend on demonstrated need, and the availability of funds kindly offered by sponsors for this purpose. Priority for such assistance will be given to authors of accepted abstracts.

The Registration Fee includes all costs (i.e., conference registration, conference activities, and accommodations). It is a comprehensive and fixed package that covers all lodging, meals, and social events from evening dinner on Sunday, May 25 to lunch on Saturday, May 31.

If you want to stay before or after the conference at Balcons du Lac d’Annecy, price for Additional Accommodation Booking is given below:

Twin with all meals : €51.50/person/night
Twin with breakfast and evening meal (B&E meals): €45.50/person/night
Twin with breakfast only (B. only): €27/person/night

If you wish to reserve a room in single occupation, the price will be +13€/night

Cancellation policy is the same as registration fee.

Prior to March 24 40% of the total amount paid will be charged (60% reimbursed).
From March 25 through May 14 60% of the total amount paid will be charged (40% reimbursed).
After May 14 100% of the total amount paid will be charged (no reimbursment).
